Hello, if my goal is to be in shape (lean), and not gain weight, will this workout plan be ok?:
Workout a: squat,bench,bent-over-rows,dips,sit-ups,back extensions,legs raises
Workout b: deadlift, military press, pull-ups, sit-ups, back extensions, legs raises
Cardio almost everyday.
What do you recommend to add/remove from this plan? Is it better to do squats 3 times a week, or its better to alternate with deadlift?
and what about abs? if I do sit-ups, do I need to do legs raises too? and is back extensions important to do too?
