    Default Working Out When Sick

    What are your folks' opinions of working out when you are sick?

    I don't do heavy lifting like most of you on here do, but I do your typical cardio, weight/strength training, core workouts, etc and have heard differing views on this.

    For reference, I have an annoying cold.
    UNI Panthers...Because it's just right.

    So long as you make sure to stay hydrated you shouldn't have any major problems.

    Other than that, just listen to your body.
