Hope that I remember to write the workout's here everyday... 1/9 -Circuit training simulating wrestling match; (only bodyweight) 20 seconds of abs, 20 seconds of push-ups 20 seconds of lower-back's 20 seconds of squats 20 seconds of sprints 20 seconds of neck bridges 30 seconds rest repeat 30 seconds rest repeat 1 minute rest then the same circuit once again. I could have done one more circuit but I decide to save some energy for the evening plyometric training. 09:00 PM Plyometrics 5 kilos added weight in both legs 3x10 High Jumps with both legs 3x10 High Jumps with left leg 3x10 High Jumps with right leg 3x six hurdles with both legs 3x six lower hurdles with left leg 3x six lower hurdles with right leg 2x10 side to side jumps with both legs 2x5 side to side jumps with left leg 2x5 side to side jumps with right leg 2 minutes in balance board with both legs 1 minute in balance board with left leg 1 minute in balance board with right leg |
