Cross-country skiing for about 5 miles, some points the snow was very deep and made skiing very hard.

Could only do one circuit this time, I was so tired from yesterdays hard wrestling practise and today's skiing. It's good to sometimes listen what your body is telling to you, sometimes you need to take it lighter.

20 seconds of hang cleans
20 seconds of bent-over rows
20 seconds of squats
30 seconds rest and same circuit again, 30 seconds rest and same circuit again then 1 minute rest and then the whole thing once again.

Light stretching
My routine has changed pretty much from my last update, I have been training with weights for a while now.
My today's weightlifting workout:
-Snatch: 50 kg/110 pounds x 2,1
-Pendlay Row: 55 kg/121 pounds x 3x8
-Upright Row: 17.5 kg/39 pound dumbbells x 3x8
-Dips with 15kg/33 pounds added weight x 3x5
My weight is now about 81 kg's/179 pounds so I must gain lots of strength.
