    Default Koopa_'s workout log

    Hope that I remember to write the workout's here everyday...


    -Circuit training simulating wrestling match;
    (only bodyweight)
    20 seconds of abs,
    20 seconds of push-ups
    20 seconds of lower-back's
    20 seconds of squats
    20 seconds of sprints
    20 seconds of neck bridges

    30 seconds rest


    30 seconds rest


    1 minute rest then the same circuit once again.
