    Stationary Bike, 2 minutes very fast in heart rate 150 to 170. 30 seconds rest then again 2 minutes very fast, then again 30 seconds rest and then again 2 minutes very fast.

    20 seconds of push-ups
    20 seconds of lower-back's
    20 seconds of squats
    20 seconds of sprints
    20 seconds of neck bridges

    30 seconds rest

    repeat

    30 seconds rest

    repeat

    1 minute rest then the same circuit once again.

    Stationary bike, 2 minutes sprint, 30 seconds rest, 2 minutes sprint 30 seconds rest and one more 2 minutes sprint. My heartrate was about 160. Next week Iam trying to do three more sprints.

    30 seconds rest between the sets.

    Circuit
    (only bodyweight)
    20 seconds of abs,
    20 seconds of push-ups
    20 seconds of lower-back's
    20 seconds of squats
    20 seconds of sprints
    20 seconds of neck bridges

    30 seconds rest

    repeat

    30 seconds rest

    repeat

    1 minute rest then the same circuit once again.

    3x10 Single leg jumps with right leg
    3x10 Single leg jumps with left leg

    3x8 Hurdle jump
    3x6 Lower hurdle jump with right leg
    3x6 Lower hurdle jump with left leg

    3x10 Side jumps
    1x8 Side jumps with right leg
    1x8 Side jumps with left leg

    1 minute of balance board with right leg
    1 minute of balance board with left leg
    2 minutes of balance board with both legs.

    3x5 chin-up's

    09:00 PM

    Circuit with 33 lbs dumbbells

    20 seconds of biceps curls
    20 seconds of triceps extensions (one dumbbell with both hands)
    20 seconds of shoulder presses
    20 seconds of hang cleans
    20 seconds of bent-over rows
    20 seconds of squats

    30 seconds rest and same circuit again, 30 seconds rest and same circuit again then 1 minute rest and then the whole thing once again.
