muscle endurance vs maximal strength
what do you wrestlers with experience think is a better method to get better at wrestling? muscle endurance training like high rep body weight exercises or maximal strength training like low rep heavy weight exercises?

I think both are pretty good for enhancing your wrestling techniques.. But Maximum strength training like low rep heavy weight exercise is little better than endurance exercises
