Wrestling Prodigy, it looks to my like you have a sound weightlifting routine and your idea to alternate b/t pullups and rows seems reasonable. However, I would think pullups would be more suitable for a wrestler.
The suggestion to do RDLs (an assistance movement) instead of deadlifts (the real deal) doesn't make much sense to me, unless the load from the latter is too much (which is probably why more people don't do them).

Well I do RDL because it is good for the posterior chain and grip/forearm strength. And I do pull-ups instead of rows now. :walkman:
