I need to get more flexible but I need a routine, book, web site, etc. that is good for PNF or Dynamic stretching because I want great flexibility but I don't want to lose my explosive strength in my legs and I know static stretching counter productive for that. Ant suggestions?
Try birkam yoga or a "power" yoga class. Awesome workout. It has helped me a ton with my flexibility and I haven't sacrificed any power.
