for a weight lifting plan study the crossfit site. then, if you are really working hard and not pretending the weight will come off. there is a lot of running and jumping and all the oly lifts are covered. if you can do every crossfit workout without subbing or scaling you will be a ripped bastard. don't let it fool you when a workout says run a 10k as an easy day. and when a routine calls for double unders or muscle ups, learn to do them. when you can do that, your body will have come into the portions of strength to weight that it needs to be at to optimally do that type of workout plan.
but then again, i may be retarded

    "Eva"
    Five rounds for time of:
    Run 800 meters
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps
    30 Pull-ups
    Post time to comments.

try this crossfit workout. (a 2 pood kettlebell is a 70lb dumbell.)
take a 70lb kettlebell or dumbell to the local hs track. locate a place to do the pull ups near track.
thats 5 - 800 meter runs and 150 pull ups you'll be doing along with swinging a 70lb rock 150 times so wear gloves.
these rounds are done for total time. the faster the better.
if that doesn't cook your grits and melt the fat off ya, then you are a much better man than most.
