    XL Athlete has added several Tabata Interval workouts to its website. It is not required that you sign up to access these workouts, so you can just download and print them off easily.

    Sounds brutal. My college wrestling coach would put us through a similar workout, but we would go through a circuit doing as many reps of one exercise for a timed interval then rest for a timed interval as we moved to the next exercise.

    crossfit will tabata a lot of exercises in their daily routines. i would do a version of tabata to get thru a large number of pullups. like 21. i can't do 21 straight so i would break it down to 7-7-7 with a short 10-15 second rest between sets to get to 21.
    but then again, i may be retarded
