    Do you gain endurance by how many (reps) in a workout or by how exhausted your muscles are in a workout?

    high reps and static contractions will help help develop muscular endurance

    Okay so I should do as many push ups as I please everyday unless my arms are sore? Or should I give them a day off a week even if I'm not sore?

    go to bodyweight failure
