    greco, gj, and mir really covered all the bases for this here.

    Our "Prodigy" needs to take some time to learn a little bit more about what he's talking about before trying to dole out advice.

    Why do you guys take it personally that I made a mistake while trying to help out? At least it sounds like it to me.

    Okay so I don't know much about kettlebell. That doesn't mean I shouldn't be trying to help out.

    No one is scolding you, but imo, advice that is given should be based on first hand experience or first hand learning (i.e. reading a book or seeing a demonstration). Your effort to "help out" was based on an opinion that had no validity or experience behind it.
