Wrestling for three years
Hi my name is bryant Im 17 years old I Go Champlain valley Union high school. My weight class is 145 for the first 2 weeks Then in the middle of the season im 140 and last part of the season im 130 i was wondering is their a way i could stay at 130 for the whole season? My season starts nov 17, since nov 10 i started going down to the weight room, does anybody have any ideas to get me down to my weight class in less than a week?
