Seasons over, so i guess I'm gonna start posting on this again.
Season didn't end the way i wanted. In addition to the torn left UCl, had a sprained Right UCL, sprained left knee, and loose scar tissue in my right knee from old meniscus surgery that kept locking my joint out going into the state tournament.
Took some recovery and healing time, did a workout today.
10 minutes each rotation, complete each rotation as many times as possible in the 10 minutes, 2 minute rest in between each rotation. did the whole thing twice.
10 reps each exercise before going to the next one
rotation 1
overhead press 25 lbs dumbell
Barbell row no added weight
Zurcher deadlifts no added weight
KB swings
rotation 2
Lunge 45 lbs
side planks w/ twist both sides
KB snatches
KB swings
Rotation 3
Squat 45 lbs
V-ups
Pushups
KB swings
