    rows to fail

    My form not being quite perfect, my wrists are a bit tenderized right now.

    Do you switch hands after each get up? If yes, try and do 5 without switching hands, then switch. Any rest during the "300"? They really bag you on the shipping. www.performbetter.com is pretty good.

    i do 5x5 on the getups. i do 5x5 on all exercises that require one hand
    i take a short rest before each set of swings, so i do three exercises straight then rest for a short time (i try to keep it under 90 seconds),

    School got out early because of Thanksgiving tomorrow. Because of Thanksgiving, i figured i should get a few extra workouts in

    i haven't recorded my workouts for the past few days. they were kettlebells workouts, but i can't remember exactly what right now.

    First Wrestling practice of the year today. apparently we get started kind of late

    We warmed up, hit a circut workout for time like that one gjofvf posted a bit back for an hour. I'm very happy about this because the past three years, our weight training program had been a 10-12 rep thing program. i feel this will produce much better results for our team.

    1 hours 50 minutes drilling and live.

    this was a wakeup and shae the rust off practice

    At end of practice, i went into the gym and found a ball and chain type workout thing. its basically a soft medicine ball at the end of a pretty long rope. i did a workout with that for a bit.

    Hammer swings, reverse hammer swings, rotation above head, giant swings, etc. really good shoulder, triceps and core workout

    i havent filled this in in a while. just been wrestling season.

    today i got some extra work in though

    1 tabata cycle of

    kettlebell pinches
    figure 8s
    swings
    cleans
    snatches
    dragon twists

    little later
    pushed snowballs as big and fast as i could for 20 minutes.
