It depends if im at my Russian club or my American club.
The american club (boston university) quick warmup and stretches, drill basic leg attacks, defence, front headlocks, etc bang- it out. then shark bait and situations for about half an hour at the end

The russian club (which is where i was on sunday) long (15-20 minutes), extensive warmup that is almost half conditioning exercises. If its an instructional day, he will teach for about 45 minutes, then we will go combonation live/conditoning drills/ hard drilling of the move and the situations related to it with absoultely no rest. then he gets out some weight plates and russian training bands and we finish off with about 20 minutes more hard conditioning.

On a teaching day, he teaches all class. He teaches a position, some chains, some counters, some counter-counters, and some counter-counter-counters

On a live day, we do a medium drill whatever you want for 15 minutes after the warmup, then we do this cycle for the rest of the practice

Conditioning exercise (partner pushups, partner squats, partner carries, any partner exercise that you can think of.)
Drill X position (over unders, front headlock, clinches, never start on the legs, always an even position)
    Live situation X position

Sunday was at the russian club and it was a live day.

40 minutes sprinting up the hill, jog back, rest a bit, repeat
    run home (30 minutes)

Hill is about 80 yards, starts around 30 degree incline, slowly curves up to about 40 degree incline at the end.
