If I had to recommend just one I'd go with pull ups (palms out).

Oops, forgot to mention, I don't have any thing that I would use for pull-ups or chin-ups.

But for dips I can improvise.

I did my research and made a long list of body weight exercises to do along with a link to each of them... And I lost it all! >.<!

    What is HKR?

You could go outside and use a tree branch for pullups. Or you can go to your local playground and find something to do them on there.

That would be pretty embarrassing and too awkward for me. I think I'll just abstain them from my daily bodyweight exercises. =/

neck bridge and push ups from the neck bridge. and hand stand push ups. if you don't want to kick up against the wall, then face out from wall, step forward, put hands down on ground and walk one foot then the other up the wall. i usually step toward wall with hands and then push up from there. alternate pull ups, hand stand push ups, bridge push ups, hindu push ups for super sets. you be getting up and down and it's a lot of movement that mimics a wrestling match going between positions, let alone doing the work movement.
