    • 5x5 Squats 95 pounds
    • 5x5 Bench Press 100 pounds
    • 5x5 Romanian Deadlifts 125 pounds
    • 5x5 Overhead Press 60 pounds (deload)
    • 5x5 Barbell Rows 95 pounds

    I like the Romanian Deadlifts, I'll use them from now on. Don't have much to comment except for the OHP. Man they are really tough. I deloaded 5 pounds and they as still really tough.

    Forgot to do pull ups today, I met up with my friends and we were talking and stuff. He does college wrestling.

    • 5x5 Bench Press 105 pounds
    • 5x5 Romanian Deadlifts 130 pounds
    • 5x5 Overhead Press 60 pounds (deload)
    • 3xQ Pull ups - 6 - 5 - 4
    • 3xQ Chin ups - 6 - 5- 4

    Bench press were giving me a hard time, I won't add 5 pounds next workout, I want my squats to catch up anyways. OHP were fine today, didn't give me any trouble so I'll add 5 pounds next workout. Romanian deadlifts are starting to be tough on my grip. Pull ups and chin ups were fine even though I did them last.]
    I won't workout 5 times a week.

    Wrestling and weightlifting is really tough and I need to let my body recover. So I'll weight lift anywhere between 1-3 times a week depending on how exhausted my body is.

    • Ab work till failure (this was a mixture of things)

    • 5x5 Overhead Press 60 pounds
    • 2xQ Pull ups
    • 2xQ Chin ups

    Haven't weight lifted in a while to let my body recover from all the stress. I had a short practice today so I decided to weight lift today.

    I have a dual meet tomorrow.

    • 7 x 100 meter sprints 100% intensity with cool downs in between
    • Jogged to park, walked back home

    Body muscles were already very fatigued enough before this so I cut it short.

    Record wise not as good as I want it to be. Technique wise, good and getting better everyday.
