- 5x5 Bench Press 100 pounds
- 5x5 Romanian Deadlifts 125 pounds
- 5x5 Overhead Press 60 pounds (deload)
- 5x5 Barbell Rows 95 pounds
I like the Romanian Deadlifts, I'll use them from now on. Don't have much to comment except for the OHP. Man they are really tough. I deloaded 5 pounds and they as still really tough.
Forgot to do pull ups today, I met up with my friends and we were talking and stuff. He does college wrestling.
