    • 2 mile run (fast pace) with 2 x 100 meter sprints followed by 20 push ups (continuously)
    • Push ups - 25 - 25 - 25
    • Chair dips - 30 - 30 - 30
    • Prone ridge - 1:05 - 1:00 - 1:00
    • Wall sits - 1:25 - 1:20 - 1:20

    Made sure not to eat ice cream before workout this time. lol

    Switched jumping jacks to wall sits today so my brother and his friend don't think I am a maniac jumping up and down in the street. I do jumping jacks in the street because I'm not allowed to do them in the house. At least when my mom is home lolz!

    I seriously do have to stop doing my workouts late! I just finished at 12:30 a.m., I have homework to do, and school early tomorrow.

    • Chair dips - 30 - 30 - 30
    • Wall sits - 2:00 - 2:00- 1:50

    Everything is pretty normal today so not much comments.

    The wall sits is considerably higher today. But today I didn't time myself with the same watch. Maybe the watch was a bit slow moving? Is that possible?

    Matter fact... No I don't think so, maybe just today I was way more focused and determined in my wall sits.

    I was suppose to have wrestling practice tomorrow. But I also have a dentist appointment. So I don't know, hopefully I can arrive home and then to school early. I'm also suppose to get my physical in school tomorrow so that sucks.

    Just wondering but do you do pushups, dips, sit ups, then jumping squats and repeat 2x or do you just do all your pushups then all your dips etc...

    I do pushups, dips, sit ups, then jumping squats and repeat the cycle. That way my certain body-part can take a rest. Usually I don't take a rest but just keep going but sometimes I will take a rest in between each set of exercise.

    • Bench Press - 5x5 120 pounds
    • Squats - 5x5 130 pounds
    • Pull Ups (assists 16 pounds) - 6XF - 5,6,5,5,5,8
    • Shoulder shrugs 5x5 (45 pounds on each arm)
    • Some dips and chin ups, didn't keep track.
    • Ran to gym with some sprints, walked back home

    I've been too lazy lately to write up by workouts. And to be honest I didn't work out as much in that period of time.

    I got a cold, I hate colds.. I jogged and sprinted to the gym today. But decided not to run back home because I've read that it minimizes the amount of strength gained after a workout.

    Anyhow I focused on good form for bench press and squats today so I didn't make it heavier. For example in bench press I made it so it would touch all the way down to my chest.

    Pull ups were fine today, I might start doing them without assist pretty soon.

    I will up the amount of weight for shoulder shrugs. I felt that the amount of weight I did wasn't enough.

    December 05, 08

    Didn't go to school today. I still have a cold but I decided to go for a jog.

    I ran to the park where the track and then did three laps. I stopped after that because I couldn't breathe through my nostrils, I had a cramp that wasn't going away, and it was cold. So I just left frustrated a bit.

    It is still early in the day and I am planning not to let the day go wasted.

    EDIT: Didn't go, my friend got a really bad fever.
