- Push ups - 20 - 15 -20 - 22
- Hindu Squat - 90
- Sit-ups - 60 - 50 - 40
- Dips - 26 - 30 - 27 - 35
- Jumping Squats - 25 - 30 - 30 - 25
I have no idea why my max was 20 push ups when last week it was 30 push ups. I expected it to be higher because my endurance got better. But it actually went lower, its extremely weird and it took me by surprise! Any one got an explanation on why this would happen?
Another thing that blew me out of my mind was the Hindu squats. I have no idea that I can do that many, and I still felt like I had a 100 in me but my body was tired and I think it was tricking me telling me it was useless. I need to discipline my body more. Anyhow, I decided that they got too easy and I moved on to jumping squats.
I became aware that I was unconsciously cheating in my first set of sit-ups after the second set. So I became more strict in my form and made it harder for me after that.
The jumping squats are really hard. They take a lot out of me. They drain me out of a lot of energy! But they are a great exercise and is well worth the effort. I will substitute these instead of Hindu squats from now on.
Really inactive day today, I should of took a jog in the park. Next time I will invest more into my day. It is disappointing especially since I had a lot of free time today.
