Best(In-Season) at home Workout routine
I have time on my hands, so i was wondering what kind of exercises/workouts i can do at home without the need for heavy weights, i have 10-20 pound dumbells. I'm looking for a workout that i can do every day to increase my strength, endurance, and explosiveness.
Needs to be able to do at home, preferably without weights--

push ups, pull ups, chin ups, sprints, body weight squats, hand stand push ups, jump squats, bear crawls, frog hops just to name a few..

How many sets and reps of each should i start off with??

pick 5 exercises. do 20 reps each. do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

Do you homework and go to sleep early.
