i dont have any equipment at the house so i ran approxmitley a mile then i did 3x12 of push ups,crunchs and prison pushups(dont know what there called its when u put ur hands on the bed put ur feet on the floor and let ur self down till ur but hits the floor and then come back up)any tips on anything else i can do

Burpees
Mountain climbers
bear crawls
pull ups
chin ups
more than 36 pushups, crunches and dips
sprints
prison squats
lunges
cartwheels
broad jumps two feet then on one foot
Find a hill and run up it until you can't any more
