    Default 19 Pounds

    I need your guy's help. I'm cutting 19 pounds for the upcoming season. Ive cut weight before but nothing high. Help?

    Find out what your daily calorie intake is and subtract 500 from that. You should lose about a pound a week if you eat just that. If you aren't losing though, take more calories out. Also, drink lots of water.

    What is your weight and what % of your body weight is the 19 pounds? How long do you have to lose the weight?

    I take my alpha test in a 3 weeks, so I have till then. I got some body on me to lose it tho.

    I'm going from 159 to 140

    Start running, my friend. You are talking about losing 12%-13% of your body weight. You really have to cut back calories like Greco said above.

    Before you cut... make sure it's really worth it, it'll be a miserable season if you are hungry and thirsty all the time. If you really want to make the cut, follow the advice of those above... subtract calories, increase cardio, cut out junk food, drink tons of water and don't dehydrate until absolutely necessary.
