I'm sure I'm the 1518464651^10 to ask this question, but what is the best workout for a wrestler, pre-season. I'm currently doing a mass and strength workout (just started) 3 days a week, but don't feel this will prepare me at all for wrestling. I wrestled for a little bit last year but quit due to recovering from H1N1 and Pneumonia and just couldn't handle the cardio (asthma attack in the middle of my FIRST ever match... yeah, not good). So, I need to workout A LOT on the cardio point, especially since the season is just around the corner now.

Are there any good pre-made wrestling workouts out there, or should I just do what I know(got a pretty good idea of what I'm doing in the gym)- making high reps for muscular endurance and adding in lots of cardio? I would also like to gain some strength while I'm at it, however.
