i have great strength now but i feel as if it isnt as functional. i want to have more speed when taking guys down and wrestling. i also want to be more explosive. any good excersises or training plans that would help?

shadow drilling. get the technique down pat, then make it faster. same with partner drilling. this'll make you explosive. if you just wanna be able to fly across that mat and launch your opponent, work your ass and hips, making sure your stomach and lower back are in shape to support him.
