wretling season is coming up and im gonna need some help. well this is my first year wrestling and i weigh 130 pounds. i want to cut 11 pounds before wrestling season becuase i feel i am gonna do better at that weight and my coach said so. i am not fat so dont think im a little chubby wannabe lol. im actually pretty fit and play other sports. so any help would be fine with me i just want to know how i can loose the weight without loosing alot of strength and getting fatigued.
