    wretling season is coming up and im gonna need some help. well this is my first year wrestling and i weigh 130 pounds. i want to cut 11 pounds before wrestling season becuase i feel i am gonna do better at that weight and my coach said so. i am not fat so dont think im a little chubby wannabe lol. im actually pretty fit and play other sports. so any help would be fine with me i just want to know how i can loose the weight without loosing alot of strength and getting fatigued.

    lots of protein , veggies and low carbs. i eat healthy

    Figure out how many calories you eat per day on average, drop that number 300-500 calories and keep doing what you're doing then.

    There really isn't a secret method.

    Gaining weight and losing weight are a math issue. If you burn more calories than you consume you lose weight, if you consume more than you burn, you gain weight.

    A piece of advice though, avoid empty calories as much as possible and you'll be able to eat a lot more food, and it will be a lot better for you.

    im dont need help on my diet i just want to know fat burning or good calorie burning exercises that will do the job faster.

    Fork put-downs and table push-aways work pretty well.
    There's no such thing as a pretty good aligator wrestler.

    There is no secret fat burning or calorie burning exercise to do the job faster. Keep doing what you're doing, and eat a little less.

    That's it. There is no secret.
