The program I'm in right now is doing a 5 exercise circuit every other day. The coach does not recommend any specifics beside getting your whole body strong. What would the 5 exercises you guys would choose/recommend?

The program I'm in right now is doing a 5 exercise circuit every other day. The coach does not recommend any specifics beside getting your whole body strong. What would the 5 exercises you guys would choose/recommend?
What type of equipment do you have access to?
Free weights and machines, basically anything a typical gym comprises of, including trap bar deadlift etc.
Do you want to do the same 5 exercises every workout?
It's one day upper body, one day lower, one day full body. There's 10x100meter sprints at the end. As for if I want it the same, I don't even care, I just need some advice so I can get the most out of my training. If it's the same I'll just increase it by 2.5lb each week.
Last week I did:
Upper:
DB Bench Press
Cheat Curls (saw it from Zach Evan-Esh)
KBell Swings
Barbell High Pulls
Chair Dips
then
Lower:
Weighted Squats
KB Walking Lunges
KB Swings
Weighted Box Jumps
Calf Raise Machine
Back Squats
Overhead Press or Bench Press (Switch between the two, or just pick one)
Pull Ups
Dips
Box Jumps or KB Swings (Switch between the two, or just pick one)
