The Secret Service Snatch Test is 10 minutes of continuous one-arm kettlebell snatches for repetitions. You may switch hands as often as you'd like, but rest is only permitted in the overhead position. Men use a 24kg kettlebell and ladies use a 12kg kettlebell. Your goal is as many reps as you can do. My record is 220. You will feel this one for a few days after you do it. Be careful of bell postion and make sure you chalk your hands up well.
