    Hey im interested in doing some strength training during the off season and was chosing between doing the westside 4 skinny bastards program just straight powerlifting program or working out at a local crossfit gym. What do you guys feel would be my best option and why

    Sorry Just wanted to clarify that my main goal is becoming stronger during the offseason

    both are exceptional program that focus on functional strength. i follow a modified crossfit model, and have found that has worked well for me to maintain and build strength and flexibility.

    If you want to get stronger, do the program designed to make you stronger, if you want to get better at 12 different things at once, do the program designed to do 12 things at once.
    There's no such thing as a pretty good aligator wrestler.
