So my buddy started creatine capsules the other day and he said the guy at GNC said they were made with a chemical that won't have your musles sag once you stop the regiment. Since creatine isnt a good thing for anybody to take without water,i wonder if it would be ok for the offseason if i just took the regular amount and did all my workouts the same,jsut with more water.....What do you think?I weigh 160 and i wanna be at 60 or 71 for next year
