Just got a sledgehammer and tire today, so I toyed around with that for a while:
10 sets 100 sledgehammer (100 total, 50 each hand, switching hands)
5 sets 20 sledgehammers (one handed, same side)
5 sets 20 sledgehammers (one handed, alternating sides)
5/3/10:
Ran 2 miles.
10 sets bench 225 pounds, 2 reps
100 pull ups
5/4/10:
2 hours jump rope
1 hour running intervals
5/5/10:
1 hour jump rope
