    I do intervals a lot of the time. When I list the time, it is just the overall time periods, excluding rest. But thanks. I didn't know that aerobic cardio could hurt you, I'll have to look in to that. Thanks.

    So far today:
    20 mins total intense interval training on bike
    40 pull ups
    I have practice in an hour and will lift weights in the evening after.

    100 sit ups. 120 pull ups

    10 sets x 2 hang clean 210 pounds
    1,000 rep man-test set (250 crunches, 250 sit ups, 250 side crunches each side)

    Rested with weights and cardio. Had Greco practice.

    3 mile run, hiking after. The canyons just above my house are absolutely gorgeous.

    4/26: 1 hour jump rope
    5 sets x 2 bench 225
    10 sets 15 135 leg extensions
    100 clap push ups

    so far, 2 hours jump rope. Practice later tonight.
