Finger tip Push ups and yeah Weight on a rope finger tip pull ups Sledgehammer will do minimal Grip and Farmers walk With Real heavy dumbells

kettlebell snatches and 2 handed swings for time, rope climbs, anything w/ a clubbell

What's farmer's walk? Lately, I've been doing that Ironmind grips...those are pretty good. I also do towel pullups....there's a lot of stuff.

Oh, gotcha. Sand bags do the trick for that
