Here are my PR's from when I was lifting competitively in college.
Squat 490--so close to 500 but I could just never get there.
Split Press: 360
Deadlift: 410 I hated the deadlift so when I hit 200% I never maxed again.
Body weight 205
I know that I am MUCH lower now. I try and run my max's again in a couple of months to see how much weaker I am now. I'd guess my bench to be closer to 300 than 400 now, and my weight is also much closer to 300. . .
