I began doing kickboxing and jiu jitsu while living overseas several years ago. Subsequently, I moved to a small college town with no outlets for those interests.

The uni wrestling team has graciously agreed to let me workout with them. While I have grappling experience, I have no folk/uni-style wrestling experience.

I would be glad for any and all advice you more experienced hands could offer. I would ask specific questions, but am frankly beginning from so far in the dark I wouldn't even know what to ask.
