Im 15 years old at the moment. So right now i walk around at about 160 pounds and wrestle at 152. My goal for next year is to be 152, but i want to lose body fat and gain muscle. Then my junior and senior year i want to wrestle at 160. I want to cut as much fat as i can and replace is with muscle. Any tips/plans?

What are you doing as far as diet and exercise are concerned? Yes, your goal is attainable. It will take discipline, weight training, and most importantly dietary committment.
