    Default Dynamic Stretching?

    Is Dynamic Stretching good For Everyday Or Should i just do it before an event like a wrestling match or maxing out or something like that?

    Everyday. Before every workout and after every workout. Joint health and mobility is essential for overall health. I wish I had been more strict about it whenI was younger, and I wouldn't have a lot of aches and pains at 39. This a bit of a routine that I do. Joint mobility and dynamic mobility.
