    Got Back from 1st Wrestling Scrimage this year went 3-2 need to get my cardio back

    4X12 Squats @ 155
    4X10 Lunge @ 25lb Dumbells
    3X8 Bench @ 135
    2x10 Chest Flye @ 25

    5 Sets of Sprints
    30 Burpees
    3 Sets of sprints
    20 Burpees
    1 Set of Sprints
    10 burpees

    Jump rope for 5 mins
    jog around the block a few times
    Mental toughness is to physical as four is to one.
