so I would like to be at 160 next year for my team. so let me give you some info so you guys could help (Please). so at the start of the year i was 206 at 25.4% bodyfat. right now i am 193 after eating, but i cut down to this weight pretty quickly so i definitely lost some muscle. so i want to get to 160 next season, so i am shooting to be around 165 naturally. can anyone help give me a diet plan and workout during the summer. btw, during the summer i basically have the whole day to do what i want, so i can do lots of cardio and stuff because i have no problems with time commitment. any help is really appreciated because i also need to lose weight to be eligible to apply to the naval academy.
