This my secret weapon,for developing my arm power.
Video wont show but I used a towel for thicker grip with 2 dumbell
dangling from each end.Then I used 3 angle lift with 2 to 6 second pause rep.
Fars as the angle,I mean start from the beginning position,then lift to the middle then to the top position.
Then go back to the middle and back to the beginning.
