    Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
    Bench press: body weight
    Clean: 3/4 body weight
    Set up three bars and storm through for time.

    I'm doing some promotional work for CrossFit in Troy, Ohio, and am amazed at what I've seen. It truly is intense, but it's "scalable" to the needs/situations of all types of folks. At one end of the fitness/youth scale, they have wrestlers from Troy HS and Troy Christian HS... and they have men and women in their 70s and 80s.

    scaled as follows:
    dl = 225
    bench 185
    pwr clean 135

    broke the early dl sets up a little. bench was easy. dropped the power clean wt. to 35's instead of 45's. took my time on the higher reps. you can speed thru 4 on down.
    today i have pain on inside edge of by right foot. and outside of left knee.
    was at the gym about an hour including warm up on eliptical. wts, and sauna, shower.
    i like any work out that can be done in an hour door to door. or my wife gets mad when i get home.
    but then again, i may be retarded

    Run 800 meters
    50 Back Extensions
    50 Sit-ups
    Post time to comments.

    i do 50 push ups instead of back extensions. no where to do them over there. its also a better break between runs.
    but then again, i may be retarded
