    Default total body vs. split routines

    I've been hearing alot of stuff about total-body workouts lately. The main idea behind it is that your knows body knows movements not muscle groups. I've looked it up and it seems logical.

    What do you guys think? Total body or split? A mix of the two?

    Full body.

    Movements, not muscle groups sums up what I do pretty well.

    total body workouts are how I train as well.
