    Default sgallans workout log

    Monday - 4 mile power walk with the dog. Followed by many many 12 ounce curls.

    Tuesday - Leg Press 400-8, 620-6, 710-5, 800-4. Bench 135-10, 185-6, 205-4. Bent over d-bell rolls 2x8 85lbs each arm. Seated rolls 2x10 150. Curls 2x8 40lbs each arm. tri-cep pulldowns 2x8 70lbs. Light drilling/wrestling (mostly as dummie) with a 90lb girl for 30 minutes - got a good sweat going. Bleachers; run up, run down, jog to the next up and down for 8 minutes. Mostly run up, and walk the rest for 7 minutes. One mile worth of a walk to and from bleachers. Currently working on the 12 oz curls (alternate arms everyday).
    I am 49, bald, ugly, and don't own a single cool thing. Kids like me though.

    My goal: Have some sort of core built up, and not get to fat, in case I decide to wrestle. I owe my kid two wrestling tournaments. Maybe veteran nationals, and a local open (I used to win a lot of these as an old guy - but now I am a really old guy).

    Ladders this morning.... 10 pushup, situps, and down to one, and then back up to ten. Really sore and took the rest of the work out day off. Tommorow is a grinder.

    Very sore and tired; but a work out sore and tired versus a debilitating sore and tired...... old people, and those who haven't worked out in awhile know what I mean with debilitating.

    Wednesday - Easy day..... ladders...... 10 push ups, 10 crunches, 9 push ups 9 crunches and so on down to one, and back up to 10.

    Resting up for Thursday which will be a hard day.

    Thursday - Light wrestling for an hour. Core workout - sissor kids, leg lifts, weighted twists, bicycles, rock paper sizzors. Walk the dog - 2miles.

    Friday - Ladders.

    Sunday 10/26 6 mile power walk the dog. Ladders from 11.

    Monday 10/27 Pull-ups 3x10 Power 3 miles.

    Tuesday Weights Leg Press 4/6 up to 800lbs Bench 2 x 6 185, 3x4 205
    one arm Bent over Dbell rows 3x8 85lbs. Seated Rows 3x10 150lbs

    Wednesday - Rest.

    Thursday plan - Wrestle some or Bleachers. Lifting Arms and Shoulders. Powerwalk 3 miles.
