    Okay, today I did some light drilling, and hand fighting stuff, with the kid. I was the "dummy". It's harder than you think, I have to make sure I give her a 'look' while protecting her still somewhat fragile body. Then we did ladders (10 push-ups/10 sit-ups then 9,8.... to 1, and back up again). Then bleachers for 15 minutes. Then I took the dog for a 3 mile power walk (my hips are to old to run).

    I am gonna be sore tommorrow.
    I am 49, bald, ugly, and don't own a single cool thing. Kids like me though.
