    10 seal push up
    10 cossack squat
    10 full body crunch
    10 sitouts
    10 jump squat

    10 rounds = 500 swings/500 calesthenics = 1000 reps

    time: 27:45 I wanted to go faster but 28kg swings started getting heavy as hell around round 7..
