    warmup. hill sprints/push ups, up hill/downhill lunges/double clean. 5 sprints in a row, then 5 lunges in row. 3-5 sets with as little rest possible. abs.

    circuits of 20 seconds on 5 seconds off for 24 sets x 2 of : round 1 rope, push ups, box jumps, ring row. Round 2 : rope, bbb snap downs, mountain climbers, barbell press 65lbs

    10 double clean and jerk w/ 24kgs
    10 swing w/ 32kg
    10 box jump

    20 minutes

    5 rounds. Double C & J take up a lot of time, but am spent.
