    circuit of 5 box jumps, 10 dead lifts, 10 barbell clean and jerk, 10 burpees, 5 front squats
    10 box jumps, 5 dead lifts, 15 barbell clean and jerk, 5 burpees, 10 front squats

    alternating sets and reps for 30 minutes 30 second break inbetween.

    warmup. heavy medium light thrusters. 3-5-7. 7-10 sets. 30-40 second rest in between sets.

    warmup. all exercises done right after each other. 5-8 reps. moderate weight. bent over row, upright row, clean, press, front squat, lunge, curl. repeat 5-7 times.
