    30 minutes revolving stairs
    5 x 12 dips w/ 5 burpees after each set
    3 x 12 tricep pushdowns w/ 5 burpees after each set
    3 x 12 straight bar curl w/ 5 burpees after each set
    3 x 12 ladder curls w/ 5 burpees after each set
    5 x 8 towel pull ups (thanks greco) w/ 5 burpees after each set
    5 x 10 curls/tricep kickouts with bands w/ 5 burpees after each set

    4 minutes 20kg k-bell swings
    2 minutes 24kg cleans
    2 minutes 20kg tactical lunges
    1 minute hand stands
    2 minutes 20kg presses

    2 minutes 20kg snatches

    I am 38, and coach/participate in BJJ/wrestling. I train myself and others in my garage that I have converted into a gym. K-Bell training has been invaluable for my strength, stamina, and mental toughness.
